2003-Feb-25 Henrico Board of Supervisors Meeting.

The board voted 4-1 to make the parks safer and restore some of our freedoms by allowing Concealed Handgun Permit Holders to carry a concealed handgun in County Parks.  About 40 people came to support the repeal.  Afterward some of us congregated in the atrium
